Conventional pricing means that we provide the same great coverage as FocalShare services, but the event participant pays for their photo products out-of-pocket. Our photographers shoot show-stopping images and we edit and process them with unheard-of turnaround time. Your participants can find their photos online and purchase products including prints, digitals, even merchandise like T-shirts and stickers. 

A vendor fee based on participant count is required to book event services. This vendor fee may be offset in part or in full in a variety of ways, such as:

• Recommending Focal Flame Photography to another event that subsequently books our services.

• Securing a photo sponsor (either a sponsor that we suggest and you approve, or that you suggest)

• Reaching a sales milestone that qualifies for a credit. This credit can offset this year's vendor fee, or be applied toward next year.
